There are too many houses standing empty when a bit of knowledge and hard work could turn them into somewhere good to live. That is the work: finding the right property, bringing it up to standard, and putting it back into use for the rental or the sales market. New projects are always being added to the portfolio, and you can follow the journey with us.
We hold to one rule on every home we take on: finish it to a standard we would be happy to live in ourselves. That is as true for a property we keep and rent as it is for one we sell.
How we find our properties.
Most of what we buy never reaches the portals. We work closely with estate agents, auction houses and independent vendors, because the best opportunities are usually gone by the time they are advertised online. When something suitable comes up, we work to be the first people contacted, and we handle the purchase and any works through to completion.
That same activity is what we offer investors through property sourcing: give us your brief and budget, and we find, negotiate and manage the buy on your behalf.
