Stratus Property is the sourcing and investment arm of Stratus Property Group. We find residential property, usually off-market, oversee any refurbishment, and hold quality homes for the rental and sales markets. Our homeowner and landlord services run under separate companies in the group.

Sourcing means finding and securing a property on someone’s behalf, often before it reaches the open market. We use our relationships with estate agents, auction houses and independent vendors to find opportunities, negotiate the price, and manage the purchase and any works through to completion.

Off-market means a property that is not publicly listed on the portals. By the time a good deal is advertised online, the best margin has often gone, so we work to be the first people contacted when a suitable property comes up.

No. Every arrangement is different: the budget, the area, how involved you want to be, and how the deal is best structured. So we do not sell a fixed package with a rate card. Tell us what you are trying to build and we will set out how we would work on it, and what it would cost, before you commit to anything.

Yes, through our homeowner company, Any Home Buyer, which handles fast, direct purchases. It is a separate site with its own team.

Our landlord company, Stratus Property Solutions, offers guaranteed rent and direct purchases of rental property, tenanted or vacant. It is a separate site set up for landlords.
